An adventurous combination of Two Row pale and Munich malts. Often described as a biscuit or aromatic blend. Very evident as it first crosses the palate as a sweet, full bodied, moderately bitter, pale ale. Entirely hopped with Fuggles, a traditional English hop. Our pale ale is meant as a tribute to the generations of Europeans who have worked and flourished in Prince Edward County. Red Coat is an old world recipe for modern day taste.
