Our copper summer lager features Two Row pale malt faintly coloured with roasted barley. Aroma hopped with Saaz, a traditional Czech Pilsener species and bittered with Hallertau, a noble hop from the Bavarian region of Germany. Noble hops typically are pure and genetically unaltered. White Cap is light in body and mildy bitter, the perfect partner to an afternoon on the Bay of Quinte .
